MatchPick is published by a private individual, on a non-professional and non-profit basis: the service is free, ad-free and generates no revenue of any kind.

Under article 6-III-2 of the French Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy, a non-professional publisher may keep their identity private. The publisher has provided their full details to the host, who holds them at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

Fixtures, odds and scores come from external sources. Despite careful checking, errors or delays remain possible and cannot engage the publisher's liability.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance.
